Mason UK Anti-Vibration MSW Pads (also called Mason Mini Super W) feature unique waffle pockets that allow greater material deformation, delivering excellent vibration and acoustic isolation. These Mini Super W Pads can be configured in multiple ways to suit most applications, from industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to zones with limited height. Their compact design makes them ideal for applications requiring precise, reliable vibration control.
MSW Pads can be supplied in stacked assemblies, separated by steel plates. Increasing the number of layers increases available deflection and enhances acoustic isolation. Steel shims distribute the load evenly across the stack, ensuring consistent performance under pressure.
Pad Size: 50mm x 50mm x 10mm thickness
Sheet Size: 450mm x 450mm (81 pads per sheet)
Material Options: Neoprene or L.D.S (Low Dynamic Stiffness) rubber
Nominal Load: 45 durometer natural rubber pad = 20.45 kg
