1. Application of Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all supplies of goods and services by MGA Trading to the buyer. By placing an order, the buyer accepts these conditions seamlessly and unconditionally, overriding any of the buyer's own standard terms.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are strictly quoted exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and any related customs duties or logistics surcharges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice for approved account holders.
3. Delivery and Risk
Delivery dates are approximate and MGA Trading shall not be held liable for any direct or consequential losses arising from logistical delays out of our control. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer strictly upon physical delivery or collection.
4. Warranties and Liability
We warrant that all goods supplied will materially correspond precisely to their specification at the time of delivery. Our maximum liability under any claim is strictly capped at the original purchase price of the defective goods. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages, loss of expected profit, or project delays.
