Ellis Patents Emperor Single Way Cable Cleats are made from corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel, designed to securely support cables in single formations. Engineered to meet IEC 61914 standards, the Emperor cleat provides reliable performance across a variety of environments.
Ellis Part Numbers: ES32-39, ES37-45, ES44-52, ES51-59, ES58-66, ES65-73, ES73-85, ES84-94, ES94-118, ES118-130, ES127-150.
This cleat is available in a range of sizes and is also suitable for trefoil and quad formations. Its durable frame, paired with an LSOH (low smoke zero halogen) liner, enhances cable protection and safety. The cleat’s closure fixings are crafted from A4-70 stainless steel, and it can be attached to supporting structures using either two M10 fixings or one M12 fixing. Non-standard designs are available upon request, making the Emperor cleat a versatile choice for demanding cable installations.

Suitable for permanent applications, with a temperature range of -40°C to 60°C
UV resistant, meeting Xenon Arc Method A standards to withstand outdoor exposure
Manufactured from high corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel with ≥16% chromium content
Impact rated as very heavy, ensuring durability in demanding environments
Flame propagation tested with a 30-second application time, enhancing fire safety
Axial load rating of 250N, providing strong support in single cable formations
Lateral load ratings include 650N for horizontal and 1000N for vertical applications
Short-circuit tested to withstand 193kA at 300mm intervals for single short circuits (cable OD = Ø35mm; phase spacing = 125mm)
Capable of withstanding 150kA at 600mm intervals for multiple short circuits (cable OD = Ø30mm; phase spacing = 125mm)
