Boddingtons UFS Chamfering Tool (UFS 244240) efficiently chamfers primary insulation on medium voltage (MV) cables with precision. This UFS Chamfer Tool offers a wide application range from Ø 15 mm to Ø 60 mm, making it versatile for various cable sizes. It is ideal for creating 2 x 45° chamfered cuts on MV cables with XLPE insulation, ensuring smooth and secure terminations.

This UFS Chamfer Tool features a clamp system for easy positioning on the cable and is equipped with PTFE plates to ensure smooth operation without the need for silicone paste. The tool includes a replaceable blade and a maximum rotation diameter of 130 mm, providing flexibility in use. It is lightweight (186 g) and comes with a soft nylon case for convenient storage and protection.
