Nexans Euromold 156SA Surge Arrester

Nexans Euromold 156SA Surge Arrester is designed to protect 12kV and 24kV class components, including transformers, equipment, cable and accessories from high voltage surges resulting from lightning or switching.

Part Numbers: 156SA-12, 156SA-15, 156SA-18, 156SA-21, 156SA-24.

Euromold 156SA used for medium/high voltage cables in the following voltage classes:

6/10 (12kV)

6.35/11 (12kV)

8.7/15 (17.5kV)

12/20 (24kV)

12.7/22 (24kV)

Technical Characteristics

This surge arrester is a metal oxide varistor surge arrester in an elbow configuration.

Each arrester is tested for AC withstand and partial discharge prior to leaving the factory.
