Hawke Transit Systems Stayplates ensure the secure placement of blocks within Hawke rectangular systems after compression. Designed for use with both HF Tolerant Blocks and HF Blank Filler Blocks, they play a critical role in maintaining system integrity, preventing block movement, and ensuring reliable performance.
Hawke Stayplates Include: Stayplate 931 60mm, Stayplate 931 120mm, High Pressure Stayplate 931/P 120mm.
For high-pressure applications exceeding 3.5 bar, the High Pressure Stayplate 931/P offers enhanced durability and safety.
Hawke Transit Systems Stayplates
Manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel as standard, with options for AISI 316 or other materials available on request, Hawke HTS Stayplates deliver robust performance in demanding environments. These stayplates should be placed above every completed row of blocks – except the final top row, directly under the compression plate.
