Prysmian BICON Trefoil Polyamide Cleat 375AB Series for the mounting of three low, medium or high voltage cables in a triangular (trefoil) formation. Designed for 3 cables with outer diameters between Ø 27 mm and 150 mm.

Manufactured from high-strength glass-filled polyamide 6 (PA), glass fibre reinforced
Suitable for cables in trefoil formation with diameters from 27 – 150mm
For mounting low, medium and high voltage cables
High range take – able to accommodate loosely toleranced cables
Non magnetic / non conductive.
Non oxidizing / non corrosive.
No sharp angles.

Life expectancy 40+ years
Halogen free, flame retardant and self-extinguising – ideal for tunnels and buildings V-0 (UL94)
Weather resistant – UV, Ozone and frost
Resistant to oils, salts, moisture, acids, other aggressive materials and even nuclear radiation.
Resistant to Ionizing radiation – ideal for use in nuclear power plants
Fully recyclable
Available pre-mounted
Approved to IEC 61914:2009
Tailor-made fastening material is also available.
Operation Temperatures -40°C to +125°C (with short periods at +225°C)
Prysmian BICON 375AB Series cable clamps (cable cleats) have been tested by UL (the underwriters laboratories U.S.A.), Voltalab in Grenoble (Schneider), the Prof. Ir. Damstra laboratory (Eaton) and SGS Brussels amongst other in accordance with international safety standard NEN-EN-IEC 61914:2009. (All test reports are available upon request).
