3M™ Tape 13 (7000007284, 7000034848) is a highly conformable, EPR-based Semi-Conducting Tape designed for high-voltage electrical splicing and shielding. This non-adhesive 3M Tape 13 stretches easily to wrap around irregular shapes while maintaining its electrical conductivity. Suitable for cable shield continuation and stress control applications, Scotch Tape 13 helps minimise electrical stresses in medium- and high-voltage joints and splices.
