Elpress Crimp Dies for V250

Elpress Crimp Dies for V250 (Cu Lugs & C-Sleeves). If Die Holders are necessary, use Elpress V2506 (inner) and V2508 (outer).

The B dies below are intended for Cu Terminals (type KR/KRF and KS/KSF), together with both stranded Cu Conductors (Class 2) according to IEC 60228. For multi-stranded (Class 5) Cu Conductors, crimping is recommended with the DUAL System.

Make sure to use dies exactly matching the terminals.

Crimp Dies for KRF/ KSF

For Cu Terminals, hexagonal crimping. Supplied in pairs. If Die Holders are necessary use Inner Die Holder V2506 and Outer Die Holder V2508.

Elpress Part Numbers: B8, B9, B11, B13, B14,5, B17, B20, B22, B25, B27, B30, B2532*, B2538*, B2542*, B2553*. See table below for additional technical information.

*Note: B2532, B2538, B2542, B2553 do not require a Die Holder.

Crimp Dies for KRD/ KSD

For Cu Terminals, hexagonal crimping. Supplied in pairs. If Die Holders are necessary use Elpress Inner Die Holder V2506 and Outer Die Holder V2508.

For Cu branching with C-sleeves, oval crimping. If Die Holders are required use Elpress Inner Die Holder V2506 and Outer Die Holder V2508.

General Information

SYSTEM ELPRESS

System Elpress consists of terminals and tools, designed and tested together to give a certified crimping result. This ensures that users will feel confident when using our systems. It also ensures the achievement of a secure connection through the proper handling of our products.

HYDRAULIC CRIMP SYSTEMS

Elpress hydraulic crimp systems crimp from 10 to 1200 mm². The systems consist of pumps and crimp heads that can be freely combined or with complete hand-held tools, where these devices are integrated. Wide range of accessories available for crimping, pre-rounding, cutting etc. Together with the matching terminals, they form  a complete system. Both pumps and hand-held tools have, with a few exceptions, quick feed function that means crimping can begin after a few pump strokes. The systems have a built-in ratchet lock that ensures the completion of the initial crimp and thus, produces results with the best characteristics. Pumps can connect to the different crimp heads providing the option of comfortable work in difficult situations and with maximum flexibility.
