Panduit Pan-Steel Double Wrapped Cable Ties (MLT Series) are Self-Locking Stainless Steel Strap Cable Cleats, designed to protect against lower to medium short circuit fault current requirements in harsh environments.

Pan-Steel Double Wrapped Cable Ties provide a superior durable bundling solution in applications requiring cables to be safely restrained in the event of a short circuit. They speed up installation with a unique self-locking head design that locks into any part of the tie. Plus, the smooth and safe 304 and 316 AISI stainless steel cable tie passes through the head twice, providing additional strength in short circuit applications up to 71.5kA.

The cleat is installed after running the cable via a unique in the industry mounting bracket. It is tensioned and cut using a battery-operated, electromechanical or manually-operated, ratchet-style installation tool. Often used in combination with a Cushion Sleeve (PCSSH-B-CR) inserted between the strap and cable for added protection.
