Cue Dee X-Tower System

Product overview

Cue Dee X-Tower System is designed to be easy to erect without the need of a crane or a helicopter. It has solid rod tower legs which create low windload on the structure. Therefore the tower can use a smaller footprint and foundation.

Consists of 4 meter high sections. The side of the sections range from 750mm to 4350mm. The straight sections at the top of the tower are suitable to mount antennas on.

FLEXIBILITY

The Cue Dee X-Tower System is designed to be easy to erect without the need of a crane or helicopter. The modular system keeps the transport volume small and makes component handling easy. The X-Tower is suitable for heights up to approximately 60 meters, depending on wind conditions and the amount of antennas.

QUALITY

The frame legs of the tapered parts are solid rod steel members, 4 meters in length. The bracing members are channels. Hot-dip galvanised members eliminate the risk of internal corrosion because they are solid, not hollow.

ACCESSORIES

Climbing barriers (K-600, K-900), lightning rods, booms, top spires, fall arrest system, obstruction lights, brackets, etc. are available on request. It is possible to attach a number of antennas using the CUE DEE universal clamps.

ANTI CORROSION: All steel elements are hot-dip galvanised (ISO 1461). Optional painting (red/white).

LADDER: Open or caged ladder (inside or outside). Safety climbing rail and cable support are optional.

ANCHORING: Anchor bolts grade 8 according to EN ISO 898-:1999. Positioning template.

ACCESSORIES: Work and rest platforms, antenna supports, anti-climb guard, obstruction light, lightning protection kit, door opening on bottom section.
