Punch and Matrix for Indent Crimping

Suitable for Al-Terminals, indent crimping. You always need two crimps for the indent crimping of Al Terminals.

You don’t need a punch holder for Solid (Class 1) and Stranded (Class 2) Al conductors according to IEC 60228.

SYSTEM ELPRESS

System Elpress consists of Terminals and Tools that are designed and tested together to give a certified crimping result. This ensures that users will feel confident when using our systems, and that a secure connection is achieved through the proper handling of our products.

HYDRAULIC CRIMP SYSTEMS

Elpress hydraulic crimp systems fit Elpress terminals and connectors from 10 to 1200 mm². The systems include pumps and crimp heads that you can freely combine or use with complete hand-held tools, where these functions are integrated. There is a wide range of accessories available for crimping, prerounding of sectorised conductors, cable cutting, and so on. The matching terminals combine to form the complete crimping system. Both pumps and hand tools, with a few exceptions, have a quick feed function. This means you can start crimping after a few pump strokes and after the dies make contact with the terminal. The systems also include a built-in ratchet lock, which ensures you complete the initial crimp and achieve the best possible results. Pumps that you can connect to various crimp heads offer versatility and provide maximum comfort and flexibility when working in tight spaces and demanding areas.
