Prysmian BICON E1W Cable Gland Kit – PVC Shroud (KAA413 Series) is an Outdoor Wet Area Cable Gland Kit for galvanised steel single-wire armour plastic or rubber sheathed cables. Suitable for use with all steel wire armoured cables.

Prysmian KAA413 Features

Brass indoor & outdoor gland and accessories.

For galvanised-steel single-wire armour plastic or rubber sheathed cables.

Outer seal grips sheath of cable.

Inner seal grips bedding layer of cable.

Suitable for most climatic conditions, weatherproof and waterproof.

Three part amour lock with separate armour locking ring, ideal for checking electrical continuity.

*NPT Threaded glands are supplied as glands only.

**Other NPT sizes are available upon request.

Technical Data

Suitable for use with all Steel Wire Armoured Cables inc: BS 5467, BS 6622, BS 5308.

CuZn39Pb3 brass alloy used for guaranteed strength and performance.

Complies with BS EN 50262 & BS 6121-1: 1989.

Gland rated to IP66 with use of suitable sealing washer or thread sealant at gland interface.

Service temperature range -20°C to +90°C.

Metric and NPT versions available.
